Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 10 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Final sale items are not eligible for return.
  • Hats are non-returnable.

Return Process

  1. To initiate a return or exchange, please email our customer service team at info@shopheloubirdie.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
  3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your return or exchange.

Refund Options

Returns and exchanges are eligible for store credit only. No cash refunds will be issued.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items that have been worn or washed
  • Hats
  • Final sale items
